PromptMachine is a single-file offline-first prompt engineering tool. It runs entirely in your browser or as a PWA on your device. No account is required to use the Free tier. Paid licenses unlock the full feature set.
The product is distributed as a digital license — there is no physical delivery. Access is granted instantly upon payment confirmation.
PromptMachine Pro is available as a one-time purchase at $21, exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT or sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your country of residence). No subscription. No recurring fees. No engagement. A Free tier is available without payment or account.
Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), acting as Merchant of Record. Creem handles the transaction, tax collection, and issues your receipt. NewTone Labs does not store your payment details. All transactions are subject to Creem's Buyer Terms of Service.
By completing the purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, where applicable under EU consumer law, this consent entails the loss of the 14-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16 m). This consent is collected at checkout.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to the product, contact support at contact@thepromptmachine.org within 72 hours of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Purchasing a PromptMachine license grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the software on your own devices for personal or professional purposes.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the application or its license key. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or publish derivative works based on PromptMachine's source code or the Espéranto IA framework without prior written consent from NewTone Labs.

The PromptMachine application, its source code, the Espéranto IA XML framework, all associated documentation, visual design, and the PromptMachine trademark are the exclusive property of Eric Benattar / NewTone Labs and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
PromptMachine is an independent product developed by NewTone Labs. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or any other AI model provider. Claude, GPT, ChatGPT, and Gemini are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced solely to describe compatibility. Users connect to third-party AI models using their own API keys, under those providers' own terms of service.
PromptMachine is designed with a strict zero-data collection policy:
— The application runs entirely offline. No data is automatically transmitted to
NewTone Labs servers.
— API keys you enter are stored locally on your device only and never leave it.
— No tracking cookies. No third-party analytics. No advertising trackers.
— The only personal data we may hold is your email address, if you contact
support or register a license.

PromptMachine is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. NewTone Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
The quality of AI-generated outputs depends on the external AI models you choose to use. NewTone Labs makes no guarantees about the results produced by third-party AI providers accessed through PromptMachine's API feature.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.
